WEEK 5 - KYLIE LIVE
All the way from her home in Long Island New York, Kylie spent nearly an hour with more than 100 of our PELA players, alumnae & guests during our first PELA ZOOM LIVE broadcast.
Kylie broke down shooting and passing mechanics with a focus on developing better form, consistency and accuracy.
She went over a shooting/passing drill with three progressions and did a stick trick demonstration before answering a bunch of questions from participants in a Q&A session.

Passing and shooting use the same mechanics. Repitition and practice are the best ways to improve consistency. So go out every day that you can (or work inside with rolled up socks if you can't get to a field), and do all three of the progressions - right hand & left.
Remember to focus on form, finesse and accuracy. Power will come AFTER you can hit those targets consistently 9 out of 10 times.
Just a note that KYLIE'S KORNER will be on spring break this week and next but will be back again on April 17th.
